Swimming Pool & Waie 2 Play Terms and Conditions

  1. No children under the age of 18 should be left unsupervised In the Waie 2 Play or swimming pool building at any time.
  2. We do not accept liability for injuries sustained by children whilst on our premises.
  3. We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought onto our premises.
  4. Socks are to be worn in the Waie 2 play at all times and shoes must be removed before mounting the equipment.
  5. You may only use the play equipment in your booked, allocated time slot. Staff have the right to ask you to leave if the session is over.
  6. You may only use the swimming pool in your paid for sessions and will be asked to leave if you are not abiding by these rules.
  7. It is the responsibility of the supervising adult to be aware of the Waie 2 play and swimming pool rules and abide by them.
  8. The Waie 2 play and Waie Inn team do not accept any liability for lost or damaged goods.
  9. The accompanying adult must take responsibility for damage to any part of the premises caused by any persons in their group.
  10. Our staff are not responsible for looking after children – the accompanying adult MUST ALWAYS be present in the swimming pool or Waie 2 play.
  11. Up to 25 persons can be in the swimming pool at any one time.
  12. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult/s to watch the children in the swimming pool and make judgement as the whether an able swimmer should be present in the swimming pool.

Bed & Breakfast/Self-catering Terms and conditions

  1. We only allow dogs in allocated rooms/cottages – do not assume your room/cottage is dog friendly unless specifically booked. You will be charged for any extra cleaning or damages made if it is known a dog was present.
  2. As we do not take payment for B&B rooms prior to the stay, we politely ask that any cancellations are made up to 24 hours before arrival. Payment is to be made on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. Only the number of people booked for are allowed to stay in the room/cottages. 
  4. Breakfast is included in all our B&B room rates – any additional guests must pay for breakfast.
  5. B&B Check In times are generally from 2pm and checkout 10.30am on day of departure. If you require early check in or late check out this must be agreed with us.
  6. Cottages are from 4pm check in and 10.30am checkout.  Where possible we will try and get the property ready as early as possible but do ask you stick to the checkout time to avoid any delays in checking in the next booking. 
  7. If you bring food/drink you must consume that in your room or cottage and not outside of it on our grounds/premises.
  8. Children (Under 18) must be supervised outside of your room/cottage at all times. 
  9. Well behaved children are always welcome and we can provide a cot/camp bed for additional infants.  Bedding is not supplied for cots but can be for camp beds at an additional cost -please check on booking.

General Public Areas Terms & Conditions

  1. All well behaved Adults & Children are welcome at the Waie Inn.  We are proud to be a welcoming family pub and therefore ask you to respect our property and other people whilst on the premises
  2. Dogs are welcome in some areas but not the main restaurant/function room upstairs/indoor play area/pool area.  They must be on a lead at all times.
  3. Children under the age of 18 MUST be supervised by an Adult at all times – we are a licensed premises and there is no exception whether inside or outside. 
  4. We do not allow food/drink to be brought onto the premises other than any celebration cake.    This includes the outside areas. 
  5. We reserve the right to refuse to serve anybody who may be considered drunk or disorderly, aggressive or disrespectful towards others.
